Regional Health and Safety Advisor – Covering Cornwall with agile/home working and site visits Want to spend more quality time with clients and less time dodging traffic hopping from site to site? This is the role for you! Reporting directly to the SHEQ Lead, you will be supporting health and safety across a variety of sites. The role involves a mix of working from home, the office, and travelling to sites in Cornwall, so you must have a full UK driver’s license and appreciate that some travel is involved but is not excessive. You should have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within a construction health and safety role and hold NEBOSH construction or similar, with a good understanding of relevant SHEQ legislation and industry standards. Key Accountabilities • Assist in the development and ongoing review of the Health and Safety of each site. • Advise the site teams in the interpretation, guidance and advice on the application of the SHE management systems • Undertake site inspections • Provide support with the identification and management of SHE risks, issues and opportunities Monitoring • Check that non-compliance reports from both internal and external audits are being adequately closed out with all corrective actions completed. • Review third-party Risk Assessments for quality and suitability to support the Asset Management team.
