Finance Manager PT

As Part-Time Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our client\’s financial decisions. Working over 21 hours per week, you\’ll have the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments. The role offers a hybrid working model, with two days in the Newcastle office and one day from home. Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic guidance on all financial matters to the senior team Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial policies and procedures Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and drive efficiency Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a finance leadership role Strong all-round accounts experience Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders Experience in a smaller organisation, such as a charity or educational trust, is desirable but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Flexible working hours Hybrid working model (2 days in office, 1 day remote) 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata to 21 hours) Discounted city parking Pension contribution of 6% Funded days out and well-being days
