Finatal are partnering with a leading lower mid-market Private Equity firm to find a CFO for a digital consultancy in London, currently operating at c.£3m EBITDA. The role would suit a CFO with a background in a professional services private equity backed business, with a thorough grounding in project / t&m based business models.

The role will require you to have held a senior leadership position in finance within a private equity backed business.

The Role:

• Own financial data and reporting, both internally and for external investors
• Work closely with the CEO and board to craft and execute an organic growth strategy
• Manage third party banking relationships and debt covenants
• Build and manage a high performing finance team

Requirements:

• Track record as a CFO or FD in Private Equity backed businesses
• Good exposure to professional services business environments
• Solid understanding of project / time & materials based business models and managing associated cash flow fluctuations
• Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
