Location: Gloucester + MUST DRIVE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE per annum

Our excellent client is looking for an Export Administrator to join their operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in freight handling and international shipments who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a main point of contact for both domestic and overseas clients
  • Oversee outgoing shipments, particularly via air and sea freight
  • Input and manage job records, ensuring systems are accurately maintained
  • Ensure all documentation and processes meet required timeframes and compliance standards
  • Including customs entries, paperwork and timely invoicing
  • Coordinate container schedules and oversee physical loading when necessary
  • Issue transport documentation such as Bills of Lading in line with deadlines
  • Handle UK deliveries, flagging and resolving any delays proactively
  • Provide hands-on support with packing and occasional local driving if needed

  • At least one year’s experience in a shipping, export or freight environment
