Our excellent client is looking for an Export Administrator to join their operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in freight handling and international shipments who thrives in a varied and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a main point of contact for both domestic and overseas clients
- Oversee outgoing shipments, particularly via air and sea freight
- Input and manage job records, ensuring systems are accurately maintained
- Ensure all documentation and processes meet required timeframes and compliance standards
- Including customs entries, paperwork and timely invoicing
- Coordinate container schedules and oversee physical loading when necessary
- Issue transport documentation such as Bills of Lading in line with deadlines
- Handle UK deliveries, flagging and resolving any delays proactively
- Provide hands-on support with packing and occasional local driving if needed
