Are you an experienced Software Applications Specialist? Do you have experience supporting and configuring complex applications? Would you like to work for a fantastic company in Glasgow who have a great story to tell and are embarking on a major transformation?
My client's office is Glasgow city-centre; however, the role is hybrid (2 days a week in the office). In this role, you will be working as part of their application support team and will be focusing on the delivery of applications and providing support.
Role responsibilities include:
- Analyse, design and implement changes to applications working with the development team
- Configure applications to support new and existing business processes
- Design and develop workflow models
- Debug workflow failures
- Business & Data analysis
- Provide application support to users
Required skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to learn and ability to multi-task
- Initiative and problem-solving skills, being able to work through a problem, try different solutions
- Application support / triaging
- Awareness/experience of workflow solutions
Advantageous experience:
- Business knowledge of Life/Pensions/Investment products
- Experience of working with Sonata
- Knowledge T-SQL/P-SQL
