Has an excellent teaching record.

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.

Has experience using restorative practices and effective behaviour management strategies, alongside a strong rapport with challenging pupils.

Can monitor and review progress through self-evaluation, report writing, and clear record-keeping.

Can teach flexibly, innovative, and responsively in a challenging environment.

Can plan and deliver outstanding teaching and learning for individuals and small groups, achieving high-quality outcomes for all pupils.

Has evidence of successfully managing and supporting pupils with SEMH needs.

Is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
