You’re great with customers and don’t want to spend your life coding in the basement of some SaaS behemoth where you never meet any. Instead, you want to shape how they use your product. You want to work with them and create a product that makes their lives easier and helps them move faster.

This Series-A funded start-up business needs someone like you to help them land more customers. They have created a platform that solves the problem of systems integration headaches for the kinds of large SaaS businesses you might previously have worked for. Their AI-led approach means that they are building the kind of connectivity between systems that will make help enable the agent workers everyone else is building.

This is your chance to have a real impact.

This is a role where you can make the most of your skills, building the kind of product that did not even exist until recently. The rest of your team needs you to be brilliant in this role if they are going to win more of the kinds of customers that helped them secure their Series A. You will work with a small team who are biased to action and want to deliver. Their engineers are first-rate and they are at the cutting edge of what can currently be done with AI.

What you will need to be considered

• Track record in customer-facing engineering role
• Experience working on SaaS products
• Comfortable coding in TypeScript and Node
• Get (sh)it done attitude

What does it pay?

Up to £80 000 + 20% bonus + equity

What are the working arrangements?

They have an office in Oxford St team members in London go in on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Nobody takes roll call but if you are the right fit for this role you will likely value the chance to spend some in person time with your colleagues.
