As a Senior Night Support Worker, you will be a fantastic role model for the young people they support. Your focus will be to support them with their evening routines, this includes activities, hobbies which could be on or off-site. You will communicate with parents and support workers on your team to ensure that their medical needs are met. You will be a fantastic listener and there for their emotional support, someone they can talk to easily. You will be a fantastic motivator whilst encouraging independence and daily living skills.

  • No Experience needed (Fully funded training provided).

  • A supportive individual with lots of patience and understanding.

  • Ability to help budget, cook, clean and seek desired activities.

  • Applicants must be over the Age of 21.

  • A caring nature and an understanding of what good support looks like.

  • A Car Driver is essential due to the location of the service.

  • Successful applicants will need to complete pre-employment checks.

  • Successful applicants will need a DBS check., You would be working for a specialist Education facility for Young Adults with special education needs, who have Autism, Learning Disabilities, Social, Emotional or Mental Health needs. You would be part of an organisation who aim to achieve outstanding ratings within all their schools and provide excellent opportunities for the children they support to thrive and achieve. This is an excellent employer, and you would be working with a multi-disciplinary team who are very passionate. Its such a lovely place to work.

  • £11.72 – £12.78 per hour

  • £25 per night shift worked (approx. an additional £4000 per year).

  • £13K – £14’300 Actual Salary

  • Wellbeing checks and fully supportive employer.

  • Fully funded Training to complete your Level 3 Health & Social Care.

  • Hours: 19:45pm – 08:15am 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.
