This role will focus on designing, implementing, and evaluating training programmes that support skills development, career pathways, leadership growth, and compliance requirements.\\n\\nBusiness Overview: \\n\\nLucy Group is an international group that makes the built environment sustainable. Our real estate businesses support sustainable living through responsible property development and investment. \\n\\nJob Context: \\n\\nWe are looking for a highly organised, data driven L&D professional who can design L&D programmes that support business strategic goals at a global level. This role will report to and support the Global Head of Leadership, Development & Coaching and will form part of the Lucy Groups HR COE (centre of excellence) based from our head office in Oxford.\\n\\nJob Dimensions: \\n\\nThis is a hybrid role working from the Oxford office or out at one of our UK site 2-3 days per week.\\nSome travel will be required for effective stakeholder engagement.\\nThe role reports directly to the Global Head of Leadership, Development & Coaching.\\nThe role will support global L&D programmes and processes.Key Accountabilities: \\n\\nThese will include:\\n\\nStrategic Learning Design – Develop training programmes that align with Lucy Group’s business objectives and workforce needs.\\nSkills & Career Pathway Mapping – Structure learning interventions to support employee progression.\\nTraining Needs Analysis (TNA) – Identify skill gaps and design targeted development solutions.\\nE-Learning & LMS Management – Oversee digital learning platforms and ensure seamless training delivery.\\nL&D Programme Management – Manage the core global learning programmes and ensure that they are effectively communicated.\\nCompliance & Mandatory Training – Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company-wide training requirements.\\nKirkpatrick Model Evaluation – Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.\\nStakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate L&D strategies into business planning.\\n\\nQualifications, Experience & Skills\\n\\nMinimum \\n\\nCIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development.\\nProven experience in L&D programme design, preferably within engineering or manufacturing.\\nExpertise in succession planning, leadership development, and workforce analytics.\\nStrong understanding of LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and compliance training.\\nAbility to engage senior leaders and align L&D strategies with business goals\\nProven experience in learning and development, with a focus on programme management.\\nExceptional understanding of learning and development best practices and methodologies.\\nExcellent project management and organisational skills.\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\nExcellent analytical skills to assess training needs and programme effectiveness.\\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\\nExcellent service orientation, attention to detail, ability to manage several projects running concurrently, first class written and verbal communication skills.\\nProficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software, using data from them to continuously evaluate and improve programme impact and experience.Desired Experience:\\n\\nOracle fusion Learning and Grow platforms.\\nKorn Ferry competency framework.\\nE-learning design using Articulate.\\nAt least 10 years’ experience in similar learning and development role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing setting\\n\\nBehavioral Competencies\\n\\nData Collection and Analysis\\nPlanning and Organising\\nLMS, E-learning and Computer Based Training\\nTech Savvy \\nCollaborates\\nCommunicates Effectively\\nManages Complexity\\nDevelops TalentDoes this sound interesting?
