My client is a high-growth beauty brand owner in their next scale-up phase. Their leading brands have a cult-like following and have taken the industry by storm. This is a unique opportunity to join a team that rarely recruits, with clearly set progression plans and fantastic career prospects.
- Collate weekly/monthly sales and SKU analysis reports
- Manage day-to-day administration of sales, trade marketing, wholesale and inventory planning
- Support National accounts with delivering trade marketing activities and trading plans
- Liaise with marketing to submit creative briefs
- Support set up on all new retailers and doors
- Support with retailers and distributors to analyse stock needs, build forecasts and chase orders
- Management/processing of purchase orders from customers
- Usage of client platforms, EPOS systems, extracting data and collating
- Claim management of loss/damages for goods related to Trade sales
- Manage customer enquiries and be first point of contact for orders/shipping enquiries
Experience with UK high street retailer accounts is desirable e.g. A beauty or wellness background preferred, FMCG essential. Possess Excel skills at intermediate level (Vlookups and Pivot tables).
