Position Details:

• Role: HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)
• Location: Bristol
• Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract
• Start Date: January 2025 / ASAP
• Salary: £110 - £120 per day

In this exciting role, you will:

• Collaborate closely with teachers to craft and deliver high-quality learning activities.
• Provide targeted support to students, boosting their learning outcomes.
• Lead engaging PE lessons aligned with the curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment by managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Work hand-in-hand with teachers to implement individualized education plans for students with additional needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• An HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in an educational setting and ability to commute across Bristol.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• A collaborative team player who is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
