We’re now building out our content team and looking for a Video Editor who can turn big moments and smart ideas into fast, scroll-stopping video content.
About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced video editor with a strong understanding of short-form content and the ever-changing landscape of social media. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to develop highly engaging, platform-specific video assets that bring our brand to life and connect with our audience — especially around key sports and betting moments. This is an on-site role based in Marylebone, London (5 days/week).
What You’ll Do:
- Edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and Twitter/X
- Create engaging, fast-paced sports and betting-related content that aligns with trending formats and platform best practices
- Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized, shareable clips
- Collaborate closely with the content and social teams to develop and refine concepts
- Source and cut footage from a mix of original and sports broadcast clips
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and audio to enhance storytelling
- Stay on top of trends in sports, pop culture, memes, and social-first storytelling
- Optimize content based on performance data and audience feedback
About You:
- 3–4 years of experience editing social-first video content, ideally in the sports, entertainment, or betting space
- Strong portfolio showcasing sports-focused short-form video across TikTok, Reels, Meta or YouTube Shorts
- Experience using AI tools to enhance and accelerate video editing workflows
- Deep understanding of what works on each platform — pacing, tone, trends, etc.
- Passion for sports — especially US sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, etc.) is a big plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
- Creative, collaborative, and always up for pitching new ideas
