This role could either be an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day account relationships, including stakeholder communication (internal & external) and retained & project oversight.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams - adopting and championing a best-in-class approach to account management.
- Supporting your Account Manager on multiple campaigns simultaneously, liaising with the department leads and teams whilst staying up-to-date on the progress of each campaign and flagging any concerns or potential issues to the team as soon as possible, alongside suggested solutions.
- Sharing clear and thorough updates and reporting with clients regularly over email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings while providing recommendations and expertise at every stage of the campaign.
- Presenting clearly and confidently to key stakeholders in pitches, kick-off meetings and post-campaign analysis meetings.
- Using internal systems such as Clickup to manage retained and project timelines.
A highly organised individual who enjoys managing projects. An interest in the social media and digital marketing landscape.
Salary: Senior Account Executive: £26,000 to £30,000; Account Executive: £23,000 to £25,500. Salary and title will depend on experience.
