Responsibilities
- Conduct tailored, high-end show rounds.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a seamless, high-quality client journey.
- Identify new sales opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise revenue.
- Respond to enquiries proactively and professionally via email and phone.
- Provide detailed, accurate quotes and contractual terms.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout planning
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights back to the team.
- Follow up on warm leads and close bookings.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Work collaboratively with the team to execute agreed sales strategies and meet revenue targets.
- Deliver regular reports
- Support the Sales and events manager
What Were Looking For
- Sales-driven: You have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communicator: You know how to engage clients and build strong relationships.
- Proactive & detail-oriented: You anticipate client needs and ensure every detail is perfect.
- Negotiation skills: You confidently convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably B2B, hospitality, or events industry. - Strong admin skills
- Demonstrable success in outbound sales or business development.
- Confident communicatoron the phone, via email, and face-to-face.
- Self-starter who thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Organised and able to manage multiple outreach streams simultaneously.
- Strong Knowledge of event planning
