We are looking for an outstanding Nursery Manager to join our clients growing team.This is an exciting opportunity for an existing Manger OR Deputy Manager looking for the next step to join a well-established nursery with an excellent reputation and location. The role of the Nursery Manager will include: Ensure that children are kept safe, and that staff understand, and when necessary, follow safeguarding proceduresPromote and facilitate partnerships with parents/carers and other family membersTo manage and be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery to ensure a safe and efficient Day NurseryTo implement the daily routineTo ensure the safety and hygiene of all equipment, repairs or replacement as necessaryTo ensure that the nursery is safe, stimulating and compliant with EYFS, Ofsted, Local Authorities, relevant bodies and safeguarding requirements.To manage and deliver against agreed Key Performance Indicators and aspects of nursery financial and operational management The ideal Nursery Manager will need to be/have: Experience of working in a senior role within a childcare/nursery setting will consider Deputies looking for the next stepMinimum NVQ level 3 in Childcare or equivalentTo be able to communicate effectively, give support to other members of the team and to be a good team playerTo be able to work on own initiative Perm role paying up to 38K plus further progression opportunities JBRP1_UKTJ
