We require a Hospitality Team Leader to temporarily manage the cafe facilities on the outskirts of Sunderland. The individual would manage a team of 2 to deliver a traditional cafe style offer (e.g. hot drinks, cakes, sandwiches, toasties etc.). Therefore, as well as food and drink production, there will be management responsibilities and cashing-up expectations.
Responsibilities include:
- To provide a food and beverage service that meets customer, performance and legislative requirements.
- To supervise all relevant personnel within the City Hall commercial catering function.
- To undertake all necessary administrative tasks in line with service expectations.
