* Salary: £14.36 per hour
* Location: Sunderland, DH5
* Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8am – 3pm
* Till July 2025 with the possibility of extension

We require a Hospitality Team Leader to temporarily manage the cafe facilities on the outskirts of Sunderland. The hours would be Saturday and Sunday (08.00-15.00). The individual would manage a team of 2 to deliver a traditional cafe style offer (e.g. hot drinks, cakes, sandwiches, toasties etc.). Therefore as well as food and drink production, there will be management responsibilities and cashing-up expectations.

To provide a food and beverage service that meets customer, performance and legislative requirements
To supervise all relevant personnel within the City Hall commercial catering function
To undertake all necessary administrative tasks in line with service expectations
