This is an excellent opportunity for a Bid Manager to join one of the UK\’s most respected Tier 1 contractors and play a key role in securing landmark schemes valued between £5m and £100m.

What\’s in It for You?

– Basic Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (DOE)
– Car Package: £6,000 or Company Car
– Bonus: Up to 10% performance-based
– Flexible Working: Office / Site / Home
– Holidays: 28 days as standard (+ buy / sell)

What You\’ll Be Doing

As Bid Manager, you\’ll lead the end-to-end tender process, ensuring compelling, high-quality submissions that win work.

– Developing winning bid strategies and managing submissions
– Collaborating with design, planning, and commercial teams
– Driving innovation and best practice in pre-construction
– Leading PQQ and tender meetings

What We\’re Looking For?

– Proven experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
– Strong attention to detail and creative flair in bid writing
– Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver under pressure
– Track record of securing D&B projects £10m+
