Steel Fixer – Construction – Belfast – Up to £14.00 per hour About the company We are working with a specialist manual materials company with a strong brand across the UK & Ireland who are seeking an experienced Steel Fixer to join their growing team. Steel Fixer – The Rewards Salary up to £14.00 per hour (£29,000 per annum) 12 hour shift pattern 4 day week – Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am 6pm with Saturday being 6am 5pm) 3 day week – Tues-Thurs (6am 6pm) Payable shift allowance On-site parking Steel Fixer Requirements Must have previous experience within a manufacturing or construction industry Must have experience in steel fixing/steel tying Skilled in tying rebar securely with wire ties and hand tools, ensuring proper positioning Previous experience on civil engineering projects desirable Good understanding of Health & Safety Ability to lift and handle heavy objects Ability to identify and address on-site issues, such as misalignments or obstacles Effective time management to keep projects on schedule Clear communication with supervisors, site managers, and team members regarding drawings and instructions Steel Fixer Responsibilities Position and secure steel reinforcement bars or reinforcemen…
