Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering high-quality housing repairs services? Charnwood Borough Council is seeking a Principal Officer – Repairs to lead our responsive repairs team and ensure our residents receive an efficient, customer-focused service.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a team of Repairs Team Leaders, Operatives, and Business Support staff, driving performance and innovation across our responsive repairs and voids services. You’ll work collaboratively across departments, manage external contractors, and play a key role in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction.
