Job Reference Number: 2424 Company Description: Our client is a well known brand who are now looking to add to their Project Management Team. They are looking for an expert in Cat B offices.. Role Description: Oversee and manage Cat B office projects from inception to completion and develop the team P&L. Coordinate with partners, investors, and stakeholders to establish project objectives and timelines. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics to ensure efficient delivery. Manage contracts and vendor relationships to maintain quality standards and compliance. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting milestones and addressing challenges. Drive sustainability initiatives to meet environmental and community objectives.. Requirements: Must have UK consultancy experience Must have strong Cat B commercial office experience. Bachelor’s degree in project management, real estate, construction, or a related field. Proven experience in managing real estate development projects or similar roles. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work with partners and stakeholders. Financial acumen to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial planning. Familiarity with construction processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
