PSR are working with a Tier 1 Civil Engineering Contractor who are looking to add an Account Executive to their team. The Account Executive is responsible for growing and managing a customer portfolio, with a focus on new business development and account management. The role involves driving innovation, investment, and customer satisfaction to support business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers to build strong relationships. Conduct proactive customer outreach. Process sales orders and prepare/track quotations. Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and source special products Identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate with Account Managers to target customers with promotions and offers. Gather and share customer feedback to improve efficiency and service quality. Monitor competitors and share insights.
