Novaris search has partnered with an innovative ingredient manufacturer who have a range of active ingredients for skin care, sun care, hair care and neighbouring industries. They have achieved a remarkable +27% growth in Europe last year and as they continue to expand, they\’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to support their sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

– Sales Leadership:

– Direct and oversee all sales activities within UK & certain markets in Europe

– Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.

– Strategic Development:

– Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.

– Collaborate with senior management to define long-term strategies and budgets.

– Team Building:

– Recruit, train, and mentor a talented sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.

– Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the sales department.

– Account Management:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.

– Performance Tracking:

– Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights

Requirements

-Strong experience selling active ingredients into personal care/cosmetics
