Backed by a strong leadership team and operating without external investment, the company is scaling its marketing function and looking for a driven digital marketing associate to support campaign delivery, lead generation, and content distribution across digital channels.

  • Execute paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Deliver email marketing campaigns and nurture sequences via tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp
  • Optimise SEO/SEM to increase web visibility and inbound traffic
  • Manage social media content, scheduling, and community engagement
  • Support content distribution – publish blogs, whitepapers, and leadership content
  • Maintain and update website content (WordPress) and support landing page creation
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and produce actionable reporting across campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and enhance digital performance

1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment. Familiar with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Strong grasp of SEO best practices and content optimisation. Confident managing and reporting on email marketing campaigns. Comfortable using Google Analytics and/or similar tools to track campaign data. Proactive, data-driven, and eager to grow in a collaborative team environment.

Location: London-based | Hybrid: 1–2 days per week in-office
