We are hiring for a 9 month maternity contract for a Senior Marketing Executive. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Derby, requiring 1 day per week in the office.
This is a pivotal role for someone with a proven B2B background who can lead from the front, manage multi-channel campaigns, and add real value across our digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Leadership β Plan and execute marketing activity for new product launches, from concept to reporting.
- HubSpot Champion β Work across teams to manage CRM, automation, and agency partners to streamline our communications.
- Website Management β Maintain and update multiple websites, with a focus on content, SEO, and HubSpot integration.
- Email Marketing β Deliver impactful ad hoc and automated email campaigns with clear reporting.
- Content Creation β Produce high-quality, engaging assets (images, GIFs, videos) for use across digital platforms.
- Social Media & Paid Ads β Own LinkedIn and paid media strategies to boost visibility and generate leads.
- Webinars & Events β Lead the setup, promotion, and execution of webinars and support key events.
- Performance Reporting β Create weekly/monthly reports on leads, website performance, and campaign outcomes.
- Experience: 3+ years in a B2B marketing role (ideally in tech, software, or services).
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns and lead generation.
- HubSpot and Google Analytics knowledge a must; SEMrush experience a bonus.
- Strong background in marketing automation and CRM integration.
- Strategic thinker with sharp executional ability.
- Proficient in SEO, PPC, email, and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Strong creative eye with solid PowerPoint and video production skills.
