We’re hiring for a Delivery Consultant to join a high-performing specialist tech recruitment firm based in London. This is a 180 recruitment role with no business development; you’ll focus purely on candidate sourcing and delivery, supporting an established client base in the tech space.
You’ll be joining a well-renowned team that places top-tier tech talent into some of the most recognisable brands in Cloud, DevOps, Software Development, and Infrastructure space across the UK and Europe. Whether you’re already experienced in delivery or looking to step into a more focused, high-trust environment, this role is designed to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on live exclusive and retained roles from existing, long-standing clients, no cold calling, no sales.
- Source and qualify high-calibre tech candidates across perm and/or contract positions.
- Manage candidates through multi-stage interview processes with pace and care.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and clients to ensure quality, on-time delivery.
- Keep systems updated, share market intel, and flag any pipeline risks early.
- 1–2 years in a 180 delivery or resourcing role within an IT recruitment vertical.
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM tools, and referral networks.
- Confident working across multiple roles at speed while maintaining quality.
- Clear communicator who builds strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workflow.
- Commercially sharp with an understanding of urgency and candidate quality.
- Up to 25% commission – uncapped, non-accumulative, and no threshold.
- £15,000 average fees.
