We specialise in personalised dementia care that develops, sustains and where possible, improves mental and motor skills.
We are looking for Registered Mental Health/LD nurses to work days at our service Kitwood House in Northwich. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of supporting those with dementia, you will play a crucial role in caring for the people we support and will make a positive impact every single day.
Must be RN/RMN/LD qualified.
