We are actively seeking experienced lawyers with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years legal experience in private and public M&A transactions, including advising on investments, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs and restructurings.
- Qualified to practice as a solicitor in England and Wales preferred, other equivalent qualifications will be considered.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.
- Excellent credentials, with a background in an in-house environment preferred.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of corporate contracts including SPAs, offering memoranda, JV and shareholder agreements, commercial agreements, and other ancillary legal documents such as NDAs, engagement letters and disclosure agreements.
- Strong understanding of commercial law, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues, and ability to guide and advise the business on these matters.
- Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.
