We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Brand Awareness Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in growing our brand presence within the UK market. This role focuses on developing and executing outbound marketing campaigns with the Sales teams that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to business growth.
Location: Flexible working, Slough office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- UK Sales Support: Work closely with the UK sales team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns that support their goals and generate qualified leads.
- Regular Communication: Establish strong lines of communication with the UK sales team through regular meetings, joint planning sessions, and ongoing feedback loops to ensure alignment.
- Understanding Sales Goals: Gain a deep understanding of the sales team’s targets, challenges, and priorities to develop marketing campaigns that directly support those goals.
- Shared Insights: Share valuable market insights, customer data, and campaign performance data with the sales team to help refine their strategies and improve effectiveness.
- Outbound Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content marketing strategy focused on creating high-quality, valuable content that attracts and engages our target audience, including:
- Asset Creation: Create compelling lead magnets such as ebooks, webinars, and white papers to grow our email list.
- Email Marketing: Manage and segment our email list to deliver personalised and effective email campaigns.
- Public Relations: Draft and distribute press releases to announce company news, product launches, and other relevant events.
- Case Studies: Develop compelling case studies that showcase our successful IT projects and client testimonials.
- Lead Generation Focus: Generate qualified leads for the UK sales team by attracting potential customers who are genuinely interested in the company’s products or services.
- Lead Qualification: Implement processes to qualify leads, ensuring the sales team is provided with high-quality leads that have a strong potential for conversion.
- Lead Nurturing: Involve in nurturing leads through the sales funnel, providing them with valuable content and information that keeps them engaged.
- Outbound Marketing: Execute outbound marketing activities to reach new audiences and generate interest in our products and services.
