Change Management – Undergraduate Placement 2025 Salary : £20,000 (pro rata) Location: Stevenage Working pattern: This scheme is based in Stevenage, through utilising dynamic working, the scheme will require two days on site per a week, with the opportunity for occasional international travel to our other MBDA sites. Security clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. Closing date for this role is midnight on Thursday 19th December The opportunity: Change Management sits within our Group Transformation and Improvement team. It consists of number of major projects helping assist our international business in achieving both operational excellence and preparing for the future. You’ll be working closely with the international Change Management team to help support implementation of Change Management Strategies and Methodologies – across MBDA! You’ll support the identification and analysis of change adoption risks as well as support implementation change management methods on selected projects – as well as delivering communications and engagement. You’ll experience the excitement of working in an international environment, on change projects that will teach you key skills in delivering change management. With support and mentorship from a skilled and experienced team, we will provide practical training to develop your skills in: Presenting and communicating in different forums Helping you build and maintain relationships within the business Analysing business changes and positively influencing business decisions Implementing change management in international environment This role is ideal for those looking to work on a wide variety of tasks and activities on a daily basis.
