We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced RTPI-qualified Planner to join a well-established Bristol-based planning team at either Planner or Senior Planner level. You will be working on a wide range of projects including strategic urban extensions, major developments, logistics, regeneration, residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use schemes.
This varied and regionally significant pipeline includes strategic urban extensions, new settlements, major industrial and logistics developments, retail repurposing, town centre regeneration, major urban mixed-use and commercial schemes, as well as extensive rural and landowner estate portfolios.
Clients include a diverse mix of landowners, private individuals, institutions, developers, promoters, national and regional housebuilders, commercial and leisure operators, and investors.
