Consulting Partner – London – Insurance

As a Partner you will play a key leadership role in driving strategic business and IT transformations within major client accounts, particularly at the C-suite level. You will be responsible for delivering complex consulting engagements, contributing to profitable growth, and strengthening long-term client relationships across key industries such as Banking, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, Transport, Utilities, and the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth & Financials: Drive annual consultative sales and manage revenue targets. Lead scoping, fee negotiations, and ensure engagement profitability.
• Client Engagement: Build trusted CXO relationships, lead consulting initiatives, and drive high client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee delivery quality, meet utilization targets, and manage client escalations.
• Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing, innovative team culture, and mentor talent.
• Strategic Impact: Contribute to the client’s strategic goals, promote thought leadership, and enhance the firm’s industry presence.

Required skills:

• Proven expertise in engaging and managing relationships with CXO-level stakeholders
• Strong ability to cultivate and commercialize strategic relationships with senior executives
• Extensive experience in leading, selling, and delivering complex, cross-functional projects across consulting, corporate, or public sector environments
• Solid financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing profit margins
• Skilled in leading or supporting high-value business development initiatives with executive-level stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of industry dynamics and emerging technologies
• Well-established personal brand and professional presence within the industry
• Recognized for driving innovation and leading successful change initiatives

Package details:

• Up to £180k base salary
• Hybrid working
