We have partnered with a mission-led executive search firm that specialises in placing senior leaders into some of the world’s most dynamic organisations.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a boutique, high-impact team as their first Operations support - a newly created and business-critical role, supporting the Founder and wider team as they scale. Perfect for a highly organised self-starter who loves wearing many hats.

You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day. From creating structure across core functions to handling operational tasks with care and precision, you’ll be central to the firm’s growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling interviews with senior clients and candidates
  • Supporting research projects (e.g. competitor mapping, data gathering)
  • Creating client-facing documentation, pitch decks and presentations
  • Supporting social media, content marketing and brand positioning
  • Organising internal and external events, including leadership networking
  • HR admin support including onboarding, contracts, and benefits administration
  • Assisting with team engagement activities
  • Finance admin such as invoicing, expenses and tracking
  • Building internal processes across Marketing, HR, Finance and Ops

  • Previous experience in operations / business or projects support
  • Exceptionally organised, reliable and action-oriented – a true doer
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Naturally empathetic and a strong communicator, able to build rapport at all levels
  • A confident writer with strong attention to detail and an eye for branding
  • A team player who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative culture
  • Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools to streamline operations
