I am working on behalf of a boutique Salesforce consulting partner seeking a talented Salesforce Functional Consultant to join their growing team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll be instrumental in delivering tailored implementations, optimizing existing orgs, and supporting ongoing innovation across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud projects, amongst other Salesforce products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices
- Configure Salesforce features (Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Objects, etc.)
- Conduct workshops, user training, and stakeholder presentations
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders
- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; other certifications a plus
- Experience working in a consulting or partner environment preferred
