Job Title: HVAC Engineer\\nLocation: London (Mobile Role)\\nSalary: Competitive + Company Van + Benefits\\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nWe are seeking an experienced and qualified HVAC Engineer to join our team, servicing and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across a range of medical and healthcare facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring critical environments maintain optimal air quality, temperature control, and regulatory compliance.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, split systems, and VRV/VRF units.\\n\\n * Carry out routine servicing and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure system reliability and compliance with healthcare regulations.\\n\\n * Respond promptly to reactive breakdowns and emergency repairs.\\n\\n * Work closely with medical facility staff to minimise disruption during works and maintain cleanroom and infection control standards.\\n\\n * Complete job documentation accurately, including service reports and compliance records.\\n\\n * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC regulations, particularly those relevant to healthcare settings (HTM, CIBSE, SFG20, etc.).\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HVAC engineer role.\\n\\n * Relevant HVAC qualifications including:\\n\\n * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating and Ventilation, or equivalent\\n\\n * F-Gas Category 1 Certification (essential)\\n\\n * City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent\\n\\n * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems in critical or controlled environments.\\n\\n * Valid UK driving licence (essential).\\n\\n * CSCS card and DBS check (or willingness to obtain).\\n\\n * Ability to work independently and flexibly across multiple London locations.\\n\\n * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.\\n\\nDesirable:\\n\\n * Experience working in NHS or private medical facilities.\\n\\n * Knowledge of BMS systems.\\n\\n * Additional qualifications (e.g., PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness, etc.).\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Competitive salary based on experience.\\n\\n * Company van, fuel card, and tools provided.\\n\\n * 25 days holiday + bank holidays.\\n\\n * Pension scheme and health & safety training.\\n\\n * Ongoing professional development and support
