Job Description Due to increasing demand for our Infrastructure Digital – Data and Analytics services, we seek an experienced Digital Technical Consulting Lead. The role focuses on leveraging the Microsoft stack, including Azure, PowerPlatform, Data Analytics, AI, and Data Science. It emphasizes consulting expertise, go-to-market experience, delivery excellence, soft skills, and technical knowledge. The Role Oversee delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Generate business opportunities and bids to secure new clients. Drive best practices within teams and across projects. Collaborate with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. Develop and implement digital transformation strategies using Microsoft technologies. Lead projects utilizing Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, and Power BI. Use PowerPlatform to create business applications and automate workflows. Apply data analytics to derive insights and support decision-making. Integrate AI and data science to enhance business outcomes. Provide leadership and mentorship through our Centres of Excellence. Skills Required Experience delivering Azure services like Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI. Hands-on with PowerPlatform and Power BI for creating applications and automations. Knowledge of data analytics and data science principles and tools. Proven consultancy experience with successful project delivery. Strong interpersonal skills for client relationships and team collaboration. Ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively. Capability to produce technical documentation and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Experience mentoring junior team members. Desirable Certifications in Azure, PowerPlatform, Data Analytics, or AI. Experience in Infrastructure and Natural Resources sectors. Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Track record of driving innovation and adopting cutting-edge technologies.
