Zachary Daniels are supporting a high growth fashion brand with the appointment of a Commercial Operations Manager. Sitting at the crossroads of Operations, and finance/strategy, you'll be the engine behind growth: bringing clarity to complexity, improving margins, and leading high-impact projects across logistics, customer experience, and internal processes.
What You'll Own:
- Financial Clarity
- Own weekly/monthly financial reporting with actionable insights
- Manage our in-house Management Accountant and monthly management packs
- Operations & Logistics
- Manage 3PL relationships (UK, US, EU), returns, freight, and fulfilment
- Ensure warehouse/packaging standards match our brand quality
- Optimise systems, data tracking, and SLA performance
- Stock & Supply Chain
- Collaborate with Buying & Merch teams to optimise buying and stock levels
- Avoid overstock, margin erosion, and cashflow issues
- Strategic Projects
- Drive initiatives that reduce costs and boost contribution margin
- Improve international logistics, tariffs, and duty handling
- Customer Experience
- Lead the Customer Service function through our CS Manager
- Enhance our end-to-end customer experience as we scale

- Experienced in DTC e-commerce with solid knowledge of 3PLs and global fulfilment
