The post holder will be a key administrative point of contact within the team and will ensure questions, issues and concerns are addressed effectively.
This is a diverse and busy role which would suit a candidate who is flexible, able to hit the ground running and equally someone who will pitch in when required during peak times to support team members.
Excellent IT skills are required as you will be providing general administrative support across the department and inputting key details into the internal system.
Previous experience is essential along with a professional manner. Excellent communication skills and a polite and friendly approach are also essential.
Temporary – Immediate Start – 3 months plus
£14.50 per hour plus holiday pay
You will be required to provide project administrative support, along with being able to prioritise tasks to support a busy HE department. This role will be hybrid, working to a fixed rota of 2 days WFH and 3 on campus. Onboarding is a 10-day period 100% onsite.
This is a temporary role and is expected to last 3 months; however, it could be longer.
