Our client is a well-established Aerospace Precision Manufacturing / Engineering company and are looking for an experienced Quality Manager. The Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality and maintaining the associated QMS certification. The ideal candidate will have a strong quality background and a clear vision of how to deliver the highest standard of quality management, benefiting from hands-on experience of all aspects of quality within a precision engineering business. Must live a commutable distance from Camberley, Yateley, Reading, Basingstoke, Woking, Aldershot, Guildford, and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company paying a salary of £45,000 to £62,500 with excellent benefits.
Quality Manager Duties:
- The key purpose of this role is to ensure the products and services are delivered in accordance with BS EN9100/ISO 9001, the Quality Management System (QMS) and customer requirements.
- You will maintain the QMS, manage internal/external audits, drive continuous improvement and monitor/record quality performance and relevant KPI’s. You will also manage the quality planning and control, inspection & FAIR processes.
