Senior Planning Engineer

Our client is currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Engineer. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent basis and offers hybrid working, ROLE:   Senior Planner and planning focal point for two of our recently won Projects RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively identify schedule risks and opportunities and engage with relevant stakeholders. Maintaining and developing progress monitoring, forecasting and dashboards in both PowerBI and Primavera P6 to support project performance measurements and to engage stakeholders. Preparing planning related reports such as narratives and status reports Setting up progress monitoring and forecasting systems Preparing planned versus as-built, hindcasting, lessons learnt Support department improvement initiatives and creating standards. Preparing reporting’s to substantiate claims Preparing planned versus as-built, hindcasting and lessons learnt Representing Seaway7 with planning related matters to Clients and Subcontractors Travel to our vessels during the offshore execution and visit our various offices in other countries. Any ad-hoc duties as required REQUIREMENTS: Minimum a bachelor's degree in a technical direction (BSc.), preferably Industrial Engineering, Maritime Technology, Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of planning experience.
