For Companies We are working with a dynamic and expanding business in Leeds to recruit a Management Accountant. This role is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified accountant looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Joining the finance team, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitoring and managing cash flow.
- Providing financial analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Assisting with process improvements and financial reporting enhancements.
- Communicating financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
About You
- Part-qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) with relevant experience in management accounting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Excel.
- A proactive approach, with a willingness to take on responsibility and develop your skills.
