Role purpose / summary

In this crucial role as Engagement Manager you\’ll work with our teams supporting delivery for a number of SAP Projects.

An Engagement Manager is required to join the SAP Contract Area to manage multiple Engagements. This exciting role involves supporting and maintaining a wide range of services.

The role will include:

1. Senior Stakeholder management across multiple areas of the business
2. SoW creation and management of deliverables to the client
3. Responsibility for actuals, forecasts, budget management, and month-end reporting
4. Coordination and management of project team members
5. Dealing with people issues and ensuring the engagement has the right resources
6. Management of all aspects of delivery including risks, issues, scope, cost, and timeline
7. Regular progress and financial reporting for T&M and Fixed price arrangements
8. Creation and management of Microsoft Project planning

Key Skills/requirements

1. Strong SAP delivery, leadership, and people experience at scale
2. Established credentials and track record of SAP project delivery
3. Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
4. Good communication skills, ability to influence, mentor, and coach others
5. Excellent team working skills
6. Strong financial management skills, including growing the engagement
7. Ability to work independently
8. Excellent consulting and customer-facing skills
9. Project Management experience
