Executive Assistant to CEO and Co-founder £45-55000 + benefits West End (Paddington) – Hybrid- 1-2 days in office O ur client is an international consultancy in the financial services sector that has established a London office and employs almost 2000 employees globally. Due to major growth, (plans to double in size over the next 3 years), one of the founding partners is now based in the UK and requires a right hand support to work as part of a small but extremely busy team, organising his diary, setting up meetings, some office management duties and managing his inbox for all UK-related projects. You will also assist with Private PA duties such as holidays, insurances and personal commitments. The CEO will rely heavily on his EA for effective diary management and liaison with his contacts, many of whom are in the Private Equity and Fund Management sectors. You will work closely with the teams internationally who will work on his calendar in India. The EA will organise client events and dinners for visiting directors from the other offices.
