You will be vital in delivering tree surveys and advice for our stakeholders to BS3998 Tree work recommendations 2010 and BS5837 Trees in relation to construction 2012. Why Join CSG? What You’ll Bring: As a full-time Arboricultural Consultant, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of tree-related tasks, including inspections, surveys, and planning applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in arboriculture. You should be highly organized, resourceful, and have prior experience in report writing. Additionally, you must be capable of managing your workload through proactive scheduling, ensuring that contract requirements are consistently met. What You’ll Achieve: As the Arboricultural Consultant you will: Conduct BS3998 Tree Work Recommendations 2010 and BS5837 Trees in Relation to Construction 2012 surveys Write clear, detailed reports to assist clients in making informed decisions Pricing and providing quotations based on collected data Communicating with customers daily to address concerns or issues, and reporting findings to the Arboricultural Manager Acting as a subject matter expert, offering support and guidance to teams using tablet-based software and specialized equipment Promoting sales of advanced surveying services such as tomography and mitigation plans Driving sales of consultancy services, including BS5837 Tree Constraints Plans, Arboricultural Impact Assessments, Tree Protection Plans, Site Supervision and Monitoring, and Mortgage Tree Reports Assisting in the development of new services within the Arboricultural Team What we Offer: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays An additional day off at Christmas Access to a generous discount scheme, including retail and gym memberships Life assurance coverage Health cash plan initiative Company wide events What We Require: GCSE English and maths or equivalent Full UK driving licence Competence in use of Microsoft Office Suite Level 4 Diploma or Cert in Arboriculture (or currently studying) Lantra Professional Tree Inspector CS30,31,38,39 Understanding and ability to interpret specifications, plans, quotations and customer requests.
