Are you an experienced leader with a background in engineering and production? We’re seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a busy operations office and play a key role in delivering high-quality output in line with production goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily operations and providing hands-on leadership to the operations team
- Planning and scheduling workloads using an ERP system (Quantum)
- Ensuring all standard operating procedures are implemented and followed
- Coaching, developing, and conducting performance reviews for team members
- Managing first-line disciplinary and grievance matters
- Coordinating preventative and scheduled maintenance for plant and machinery
- Monitoring stock levels of workshop consumables
- Organising resources and equipment to meet production schedules efficiently
- Supporting the rollout of new product development project
- Enforcing safety standards and best practices at all times
- Ensuring work is carried out to required standards and specifications (CMMs, overhaul manuals)
- Collaborating with customer support teams to maintain high service levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Proven team leadership experience within a production or workshop setting
- Confident computer skills and experience with ERP systems
