Operations Supervisor Location: Ramsgate Full-time | Permanent Are you an experienced leader with a background in engineering and production? We\’re seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a busy operations office and play a key role in delivering high-quality output in line with production goals. What You\’ll Be Doing: Overseeing daily operations and providing hands-on leadership to the operations team Planning and scheduling workloads using an ERP system (Quantum) Ensuring all standard operating procedures are implemented and followed Coaching, developing, and conducting performance reviews for team members Managing first-line disciplinary and grievance matters Coordinating preventative and scheduled maintenance for plant and machinery Monitoring stock levels of workshop consumables Organising resources and equipment to meet production schedules efficiently Supporting the rollout of new product development project Enforcing safety standards and best practices at all times Ensuring work is carried out to required standards and specifications (CMMs, overhaul manuals) Collaborating with customer support teams to maintain high service levelsWhat We\’re Looking For: Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment Proven team leadership experience within a production or workshop setting Confident computer skills and experience with ERP systemsCVs in Word Format to New Appointments Group, Expe…
