Berkeley Scott Recruitment are currently looking for a Sous Chef for a temporary ongoing assignment in Dunbar. Pay rate is £18 per hour and pay is on a weekly basis directly into your bank account.
Please note, this is not a permanent position; it is a temporary role on a week to week basis. Shifts are 5 days from 7 which will include some weekend work with shift times being either 7am - 2.30pm, 7am - 7pm or 10am - 7pm.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard which will include breakfast, lunch and evening meals
- Ensure food is cooked and presented accordingly to health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Previous chef experience up to Sous Chef or Head Chef level
- Own chef whites and knives
- Right to work in the UK
- Drivers preferred but not essential
