Are you an experienced senior land surveyor looking for your next opportunity? Our client is a well-respected company with a strong forward order book of work on a large civil engineering project in Somerset. They are looking to add a senior land surveyor to their team who has gained experience either setting out for construction, doing topographical surveys, or geotechnical monitoring previously. They are also able to offer exposure to projects in the build and infrastructure sectors, from the smallest to the largest schemes and also encourage their employees to continue their own professional development by supporting individuals in working towards gaining CICES and other qualifications.
Duties include:
- Establishing and setting of both primary and secondary control
- Dimensional control
- Setting out of construction works
- Maintaining equipment
- Asbuilts
- QA and H&S
Requirements for this position:
- A land surveying qualification is preferable, but a relevant qualification is acceptable
- Able to display previous experience in a similar role
- CSCS card
