Due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor with aConstruction / M&E / Facilities Managementbackground. Theyspecialise in delivering services in Social Housing, Facilities Management, and Commercial Industries across the UK and Ireland. Day to Day: Responsible for managing all commercial aspects across multiple construction projects. Overseeing cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting. Ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the standards required. Experience & Qualifications: Degree educatedinQuantity Surveying / Construction Related. 2+ years of experience Quantity Surveying and Estimating. Estimating, Budget Control, Cost Management skills. Excellent numeracy skills, commercial awareness, and customer service. Ability to resolve problems and make accurate business decisions. UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
