MHI Media is a performance-driven growth agency that scales e-commerce brands through precision media buying, high-impact creative, and relentless testing. Meta Ads aren’t just a channel for us — they’re the engine of our clients’ growth. Now, we’re hiring a Meta Ads Media Buyer who can jump into our systems, read the signals, and push performance further.

You’ll be surrounded by seasoned buyers, creative strategists, and performance producers — but we’re counting on you to bring your own edge to the data.

Who You Are:

  • You’re a Meta media buyer with serious hands-on experience — not a generalist.
  • You know how to scale spend and protect ROAS.
  • You’ve worked with DTC brands, managed six-figure monthly budgets, and understand how creative, targeting, and funnel strategy all interact to drive results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own Media Buying on Meta: You’ll run campaigns across multiple client accounts, from launch to scale, inside Meta Ads Manager.
  • Test, Learn, Scale: Run structured creative and audience tests, analyse results, and feed insights back to the creative team.
  • Maintain & Grow Performance: Your daily focus is ROAS, MER, CPA, LTV, and scalability. You know which levers to pull and when to pull them.
  • Collaborate Closely with Creative & Strategy: You’ll work tightly with our in-house creative and strategic teams to align ad messaging, funnel structure, and testing plans.
  • Use Real Tools, Not Guesswork: Our team uses Triple Whale, Meta CAPI, attribution modelling, and AI-assisted workflows — and you’ll be expected to work fast and smart within them.

You’ll Fit Right In If:

  • You’ve managed £50k–£300k+ per month in Meta spend.
  • You understand creative strategy well enough to spot a weak hook or callout.
  • You use performance data to drive decisions — not vibes.
  • You take ownership of results, and don’t hide from performance dips.
  • You’re comfortable presenting campaign insights to clients and internal teams.
  • You’re Bristol-based (or willing to work in-person with our team regularly).

We’re Not Looking For:

  • Someone who’s still figuring out how Meta Ads Manager works.
  • A passive executor who just follows briefs without offering insight.
  • Anyone who gets overwhelmed when performance drops or testing fails.

The Details:

  • Location: Bristol (in-person role, hybrid flexibility available)
  • Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week
  • Compensation: £34k
  • Impact: This is a performance-critical role. You’ll directly influence ad spend outcomes for 7-figure brands across multiple verticals.

Why MHI Media?

We’re not just media buyers. We’re performance marketers obsessed with building lean, effective systems that scale brands. You’ll be surrounded by people who know the space, test fast, and talk data fluently. If you’re tired of explaining what MER means to your boss — you’ll feel right at home here.

Interview Task: Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid account simulation: you’ll analyse a real client setup, identify issues, and outline your scaling plan. Fully compensated, time-tracked.

How to Apply: Send the following to kamal@mhimedia.com: Your CV, a short Loom or note walking us through a recent Meta campaign you’ve managed (goal, strategy, results), any screenshots, dashboards, or breakdowns that show your thinking. No fluff. Just facts, performance, and proof you know what you’re doing.
