Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Project Manager to develop and implement consistent project management methodologies.
- Ensure key milestones, such as floor plans and snagging lists, receive appropriate sign-off.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline implementation processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support the solution design process and develop value-added proposals for project delivery.
- Oversee project planning from tender award to completion, including timeline management and product ordering.
- Facilitate communication and meetings at customer sites to ensure project progression.
- Act as the escalation point for complex project implementation issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
