We are currently supporting a Private Equity backed business undergoing major transformation, including a significant restructure of their operating model. As part of this transformation, they are seeking to appoint an Interim Organisation Design Lead to help shape and deliver the long-term structure of the business.
This is a key strategic role requiring someone with deep experience in organisation design within complex and fast-paced environments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business to align the operating model to new strategic objectives. The role will run on a hybrid basis out of the London office and is looking to pay £100-120k on a fixed-term contract.
Key Competencies & Experience
- Proven track record in operating model design and organisational restructuring
- Beneficial to have a background in top-tier consulting or strategy environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders in dynamic settings
